The Craftgard Co. is committed to serving the quilting community with excellent customer service and attention to your questions and concerns. Our goal is to ship all orders within 48 hours. If due to unforeseen circumstances it is necessary to delay the order beyond our commitment time, we will keep you informed until the order is shipped.
International orders may require additional communication and approvals after the order is placed. Once we have your order in hand we will contact you to resolve any details that need to be addressed. We gladly ship to Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. Any other destinations should be pre-approved before you place your order. Additional shipping and handling fees may apply.

Should you encounter a problem with your Quilt Display Stand w/ Case or any item you purchase from us, we will do everything possible to ensure your satisfaction. If your quilt rack is not perfect out of the box, please contact us immediately and tell us about the problem. If it was damaged en route by the carrier, save all packaging materials until the matter is resolved.
Replacement parts are easy to install and inexpensive. If you have a problem identifying which part you need, please let us know. To order a part go to the Parts & Accessories section (found in the drop down menu of “Shop Online” link).
We understand that sometimes your quilt stand may not return from a quilt show with all its parts. That’s why we offer extra uprights (side legs), crossbars and carrying bags which you can purchase on this website.
